The Zoo Med ReptiSun® 10.0 UVB T8 Fluorescent Lamp is designed for desert and basking reptiles that require strong UVB exposure. Emitting UVB rays up to 20″ (51 cm) from the lamp’s surface, it provides nearly double the penetration of the ReptiSun® 5.0, making it perfect for larger terrariums or enclosures with screen tops that can block up to 50% of UVB output. With 10% UVB and 30% UVA, this high-quality German-made bulb helps prevent or reverse Metabolic Bone Disease while also supporting natural reptile behaviors such as feeding, breeding, and basking.
