These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lawnandpets.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products or services (“Services”) offered by Lawn and Pets, a family-owned business located in Roanoke, Texas (“Lawn & Pets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and Services to you.
1 Online Store Eligibility
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use the Site or our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
2 General Conditions
- We may refuse or limit service to anyone, at any time, for legitimate business reasons.
- Except for payment information (which is always encrypted in transit), the content you submit may traverse various networks and may be adapted to conform to technical requirements.
- You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written consent.
3 Accuracy of Information
We strive to display product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and images accurately. If an error occurs, we will correct it promptly and, if it affects an open order, contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4 Products, Pricing & Availability
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are guaranteed at checkout. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period.
- Product colors, packaging, or finishes may vary slightly from digital images.
- “In Stock” means at least one unit is available for shipment. Items marked “Back-Order” display an estimated restock date.
- Outdoor-power equipment or other items that have contained fuel or oil after delivery are not returnable except for verified warranty defects.
- Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer; Lawn & Pets does not supply additional warranties unless expressly stated on the product page.
5 Orders, Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for reasons including pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these Terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Orders may be cancelled by you any time before shipment. Once an order ships, our Return & Refund Policy applies. Some custom, special-order, or freight items may be ineligible for cancellation after placement.
6 Shipping
Shipping methods, rates, and delivery-times are governed by our Shipping Policy. Additional fees may apply to oversize, freight, hazardous, or specialty items. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for ensuring delivery access for freight shipments.
7 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Non-returnable categories include live or frozen goods, opened consumables, custom products, and power equipment that has contained fuel or oil.
8 Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to external websites. These are offered “as is” without warranties. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
9 User Content & Feedback
Any feedback, reviews, or other content you submit may be used by Lawn & Pets for any lawful purpose without compensation. You are responsible for the content you post.
10 Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of information as described there.
11 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Infringe intellectual-property rights;
- Distribute malware or harmful code;

- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices;

To the extent permitted by law, Lawn & Pets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.
14 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lawn & Pets, its owners, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier delays, labor disputes, or internet outages.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective 14 days after posting and do not affect orders placed before the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
