Lawn and Pets Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Orders placed after normal processing hours, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Lawn and Pets uses real-time carrier shipping rates at checkout. Available shipping services and prices are calculated based on the items in your cart, package size and weight, delivery address, carrier availability, and Shopify shipping profiles.

The final shipping cost shown at checkout is the shipping charge for your order. Rates may vary for standard parcel, expedited, oversized, heavy, freight, hazardous-material, or temperature-sensitive products.

Standard Parcel Shipping

Standard parcel shipping is available for many non-oversized items. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and may change due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or service disruptions.

Oversized, Heavy, and Freight Items

Large, heavy, bulky, fragile, or freight-class products may require special handling, freight delivery, lift-gate service, delivery appointment scheduling, or additional carrier requirements. Some freight or oversized items may display limited shipping options at checkout or may require order review before shipment.

Freight items should be inspected at delivery. If visible damage is present, note the damage on the carrier delivery receipt before signing when possible and contact us promptly.

Temperature-Sensitive or Special-Handling Products

Frozen, refrigerated, live, fragile, hazardous-material, or special-handling products may have limited shipping methods, weather restrictions, or additional packaging requirements. Availability of these services depends on product type and destination.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when a shipping label is created or when tracking becomes available. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking movement to appear.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us within 7 days so we can help review the shipment and, when available, start a carrier trace.
