Order Processing

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping for most items: $5.99

String Trimmer Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping for string trimmers and other oversized handheld outdoor power equipment: $75.00

Heavy & Bulky Freight Items

  • Large, oversized, or freight-only items requiring truck delivery with lift gate service: $200.00

Shipping rates apply to deliveries within the continental United States unless otherwise noted.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging and condition. Approved returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lawnandpets.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the damage and packaging condition

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work quickly to provide a satisfactory resolution.
