Overview
PolypLab One is an all-in-one major-ions supplement that maintains the “big three”—Calcium (Ca), Alkalinity (KH), and Magnesium (Mg)—with a single daily dose. Ideal for reef tanks running mixed SPS/LPS/soft corals, it helps stabilize parameters for steady growth, strong skeleton formation, and vivid coloration.

Directions & Dosing

1. Shake well before each use.

2. Start low: Dose 1–2 mL per 25 gallons (95 L) daily into a high-flow area.

3. Test & tune: Measure Alk, Ca, Mg 2–3× per week at first. Adjust the daily dose up or down to hold your targets (e.g., Alk 7–9 dKH, Ca 400–450 ppm, Mg 1280–1400 ppm).

4. For heavily stocked SPS systems, split the daily total into 2 smaller doses (AM/PM).

5. Do not mix with other major-ion two-part/three-part solutions at the same time—stagger by several hours if needed.

Tips

• Keep salinity stable (1.025–1.026 sg); swings affect test accuracy and ion balance.

• If Alk rises faster than Ca/Mg, reduce the daily dose slightly; if Alk lags, increase gradually.

• New or recovering systems: change slowly—avoid raising Alk more than 1 dKH per day.

• Store sealed, room temperature; avoid contamination of the bottle tip.
