Directions (General)

1. Test first. Measure NO₃ with a reliable kit.

2. Dose per label for total system volume to reach your target. Add in a high-flow area.

3. Adjust gradually. Raise by small increments; re-test after 1–2 hours and again the next day.

4. Maintenance: Dose as needed to hold your chosen range (often 5–20 ppm in CO₂ tanks; 2–10 ppm in low-tech).

5. If using NeoPhos (phosphate) and micros/iron, stagger additions by a few hours for clarity.

Avoid big single jumps. Consistency beats peaks and valleys for plant health and algae control.

Best Practices

• Balance the trio: Light • CO₂ • Nutrients. If one climbs, raise the others to match.

• Keep a simple log of NO₃/PO₄/K and observe plant tips/new leaves for real-world feedback.

• Typical N:P targets: ~10:1 to 20:1 (by weight). Pair with NeoPhos to prevent imbalances.
