The biOrb Air Stone is a genuine replacement part designed to sit at the base of a biOrb aquarium (under the filter cartridge). It breaks incoming air into a dense stream of fine bubbles, which improves aeration, assists in surface agitation, and helps maintain water oxygenation. Over time the pores clog, so periodic replacement is recommended to preserve performance.
