ASF Reef Shots Reef Elements — 24 Single-Use Shots
Overview
ASF Reef Shots Reef Elements supply a clean, pre-measured blend of major, minor, and ultra-trace elements to help restore what fast-growing corals and heavy filtration remove. Single-use shots keep dosing precise and mess-free—great for mixed reefs, frag systems, and ULNS tanks.
Key Features
-
24 ready-to-use shots for consistent, repeatable dosing
-
Broad elemental profile to complement regular water changes
-
Clear, fast-mixing formula with no dyes or perfumes
-
Ideal for SPS/LPS/soft corals and clam systems
-
Works as a maintenance top-off between ICP-guided adjustments
Directions & Dosing
-
Shake each shot gently. Dose into high flow (sump or strong circulation).
-
Starting plan
-
Maintenance: 1 shot per 60–80 gal (230–300 L) 2–3× per week.
-
High-demand / ULNS: Up to 1 shot per 40–60 gal 3–4× per week.
-
Nanos: Use ½ shot (dispense into a clean measuring cup).
-
-
Test & tune: Track alk/Ca/Mg and, when possible, run ICP. Adjust frequency to match consumption.
-
Separate from high-pH additives by 5–10 minutes to avoid localized precipitation.
If any livestock shows stress or a parameter drifts, pause dosing and correct with a water change/individual element adjustments.
Compatibility
-
Plays nicely with Ca/Alk/Mg programs, amino acids, probiotics, and carbon dosing
-
Skimmer-friendly (if it overreacts, lower water level or pause 2–4 hours)
-
Avoid simultaneous use with oxidizers/sterilizers
Ingredients
-
Reef-safe blend of major, minor, and trace elements in purified water
-
No added phosphates, nitrates, or artificial colors
Storage & Handling
-
Store at room temperature, away from light
-
Single-use—open only when ready to dose
-
Keep out of reach of children and pets
