Overview

Factory lamp kit for the Aqua Ultraviolet VIPER 400W (3" plastic) sterilizer. Restores peak germicidal performance in high-flow, large-system applications using a single high-output, low-pressure (amalgam) UV-C lamp.

Installation & Safety Notes

1. Power OFF and lock out the circuit; allow the unit to cool.

2. Isolate and depressurize plumbing; drain the UV chamber.

3. Open end assembly, remove old lamp and seals; do not touch new lamp glass with bare hands.

4. Inspect/clean the quartz sleeve; replace if etched or cracked.

5. Install new seals lightly lubricated with silicone-safe grease; seat squarely.

6. Reassemble hand-tight, then snug—do not overtighten.

7. Restore flow, then power ON and verify operation; check for leaks after first run.
