Factory lamp kit for the Aqua Ultraviolet VIPER 400W UV sterilizer with the 2" plastic housing. Restores peak germicidal performance for large, high-flow systems using a single high-output, low-pressure (amalgam) UV-C lamp.

Installation & Safety Notes

1. Disconnect power and allow the unit to cool; isolate and depressurize plumbing.

2. Open end assembly; remove the old lamp and seals (avoid touching new lamp glass).

3. Inspect/clean the quartz sleeve; replace if cloudy, etched, or cracked.

4. Lightly lube new O-rings with silicone-safe grease; seat squarely.

5. Reassemble hand-tight, then snug—do not overtighten.

6. Restore flow, power ON, verify strike, and check for leaks after first run.
