Aqua Ultraviolet – Ultima II 10,000 Filter w/ 2" Multi-Port Valve
Overview
High-capacity, pressurized bead filter for ponds and water features up to 10,000 gallons. The Ultima II 10,000 combines dense, non-clogging bio-media with a powerful backwash system to deliver crystal-clear water with minimal maintenance.
Key Features
-
Pressurized “bead” filtration with high-surface-area Bio-Tubes for mechanical + biological polishing
-
Cyclonic backwash agitates and lifts debris for fast, low-waste cleaning
-
2" multi-port valve (side-mount) with simple handle positions (Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Waste, Recirculate, Closed)
-
Low headloss design—pairs well with external pumps on long runs
-
UV- and weather-resistant, corrosion-proof vessel for outdoor equipment pads
Sizing & Flow Guidance
-
Pond capacity: up to 10,000 gal (stocking/feeding and sun exposure may reduce real-world capacity—oversize when in doubt)
-
Typical pump pairing: ~7,500–10,000 GPH target flow through the 2" valve
-
For koi/high load, consider upsizing pump/filter or running a prefilter for best results
