Factory replacement quartz sleeve for the Aqua Ultraviolet SL 200 UV sterilizer. The sleeve isolates the high-wattage lamp from water while maximizing UV-C transmission. Includes the correct end bushing and a new rubber seal for a clean, drip-tight rebuild.

Replacement & Care Notes

1. Power OFF and let the unit cool; isolate plumbing and relieve pressure.

2. Remove end cap(s) and lamp(s); carefully withdraw the old sleeve.

3. Clean seating surfaces; lightly lubricate the new seal with silicone-safe lube.

4. Install sleeve and bushing squarely; reassemble hand-tight—do not overtighten.

5. Restore flow and leak-test. Replace UV lamps every 9–12 months and inspect the sleeve at each change.
