Installation Notes

1. Shut off pump and relieve pressure.

2. Separate the union and remove the old O-ring; clean groove and mating faces.

3. Lightly coat the new O-ring with silicone-based lubricant (no petroleum).

4. Seat evenly in the groove; reassemble the union hand-tight, then snug.

5. Pressurize and leak-test.
