Emitting UVB rays up to 20″ (51 cm) from the lamp’s surface, it provides nearly double the penetration of the ReptiSun® 5.0, making it perfect for larger terrariums or enclosures with screen tops that can block up to 50% of UVB output. With 10% UVB and 30% UVA, this high-quality German-made bulb helps prevent or reverse Metabolic Bone Disease while also supporting natural reptile behaviors such as feeding, breeding, and basking.
