Lawn and Pets Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn or unused).
- With tags and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

- Upon acceptance, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages & Issues
- Inspect your order upon reception. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., frozen or refrigerated products).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, return the unwanted item first. Once returned, you can purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
- You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
