Lawn and Pets Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be:
    • In the same condition as received (unworn or unused).
    • With tags and in original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  2. Returns must be sent to:

  3. Upon acceptance, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., frozen or refrigerated products).
    • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, return the unwanted item first. Once returned, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

  • You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Contact us if you haven't received your refund after 5 business days post-approval.
