Overview

The Fluval FLEX 15G Foam is a replacement mechanical filter insert designed specifically for the Fluval FLEX 15-gallon aquarium system. This coarse foam block is the first stage of filtration, trapping uneaten food, fish waste, and other debris before the water reaches the finer stages of chemical and biological media.

Easy to remove and rinse, the foam helps keep water clear, supports better water quality, and protects the pump and later filter stages from clogging.
