Overview

Turn bare rock into living color. Coralline Accelerator supplies a balanced blend of major, minor, and trace elements that support the calcification and metabolic needs of coralline algae and other reef calcifiers (SPS/LPS/clam skeletons, corallimorph bases, calcareous algae). Designed for routine use, it helps maintain the building blocks coralline needs to attach, spread, and hold its vibrant purple/pink hues.

Directions (General)

1. Shake well. Dose per label for total system volume.

2. Start low (½ dose for the first 1–2 weeks), then move toward the full routine based on test results and observed growth.

3. Test weekly: Maintain typical reef targets (see below). If parameters drift, correct Ca/Alk/Mg with your primary supplements, then resume Accelerator for balanced elements.

4. Dose into a high-flow area. Do not mix in the same container with other supplements.

Coralline growth is steady, not instant. Consistent parameters + a small starter of coralline (chips/scrapings/live rock) accelerate results.

Best Practices (for Coralline)

• Hold core parameters steady: Alk 7.5–9 dKH, Calcium 420–450 ppm, Magnesium 1280–1380 ppm, Salinity 1.025–1.026, Temp 77–79°F (25–26°C).

• Keep NO₃/PO₄ modest but non-zero; extreme ULNS can slow calcifiers.

• Provide moderate light and good flow over rock faces.

• After heavy cleaning or rock-brushing, consider re-seeding with MicroBacter Purple M or a broad bioculture to keep surfaces “clean” for coralline attachment.

Compatibility

• Works with two-part, kalkwasser, calcium reactors, and trace programs.

• Safe with protein skimmers, carbon, and PO₄ media (avoid adding immediately before new, oversized media changes).

• Space 24–48 hours from peroxide/medications/strong oxidizers and from other concentrated supplements.
