Flux Rx™ is a targeted treatment designed to quickly and effectively control Bryopsis and Green Hair Algae in ornamental aquariums. With a simple dosing regimen and clear preparation guidelines, Flux Rx™ helps restore and maintain a balanced environment by reducing problematic algae without compromising the health of your aquatic inhabitants.

• Precise Dosing System:

  • Comes with two plastic scoops (large and small) for accurate measurement based on aquarium volume.

• Simple Preparation & Application:

  • Easy-to-follow instructions: suspend skimming and chemical filtration during treatment for 10-14 days for optimal results.
  • Recommended to use filter socks to assist with cleaning while treatment is in progress.

• Safety and Caution:

  • Requires turning off UV and mechanical filtration to prevent removal or inactivation of the medication.
  • Not intended for use on macroalgae or in systems with a refugium.
  • Includes a protocol for overdose mitigation using Clear Fx Pro.

• Active Ingredient:

  • Fluconazole Powder
  • Provided in containers containing 2000 mg, with dosing adjustments based on tank size.

• Dosing Tools:

  • 1 Large Scoop (1cc per 25 US gallons)
  • 1 Small Scoop (0.15cc per 5 US gallons)
  • Large scoop should be leveled; small scoop dosed generously (rounded).

• Usage Guidelines:

  • Discontinue activated carbon and phosphate removers for 72 hours before treatment.
  • Suspend skimmer, UV, and mechanical filtration during the treatment period.
  • Monitor oxygen levels closely; ensure alternative oxygen sources are provided.
  • Allow 10 to 14 days for results before reassessing tank conditions and resuming normal filtration.
