ASF Reef Shots Iodide delivers clean, pre-measured doses of iodide (I⁻) to support coral health, polyp extension, soft coral growth, macroalgae vitality, and crustacean molting. Single-use shots make dosing precise and mess-free—ideal for routine maintenance and ULNS systems.

Directions & Dosing

1. Shake each shot gently. Dose into high flow (sump or strong circulation).

2. Start light:

   • Maintenance: 1 shot per 60–80 gal (230–300 L) 2–3× per week.

   • Higher demand / ULNS: Up to 1 shot per 40–60 gal 3× per week.

   • Nanos: Use ½ shot (dispense into a clean measuring cup).

3. Test & tune: When possible, confirm iodine via ICP and adjust frequency to maintain your target range.

4. Separate from high-pH additives by 5–10 minutes.

If tests show elevated iodine or livestock appears stressed, pause dosing and perform a partial water change.

Compatibility

• Works alongside Ca/Alk/Mg, amino acids, probiotics, and carbon dosing

• Skimmer-friendly (if the skimmer overreacts, lower water level or pause 2–4 hours)

• Avoid simultaneous use with oxidizers/sterilizers
