Compact, pressurized bead filter for ponds and water features up to 1,000 gallons. The Ultima II 1,000 combines non-clogging bio-media with a powerful backwash to deliver clear, polished water with minimal maintenance—perfect for smaller koi ponds, quarantine systems, and fountains.

Installation Notes

Set on a level, load-bearing pad near the pump and returns.

Plumb pump to valve IN, valve OUT to pond/returns; add a WASTE line for backwash.

Use unions and 1.5" PVC to minimize headloss; keep runs short/smooth.

On first start, run Rinse briefly, then switch to Filter.

Backwash when the gauge rises 5–8 psi or on a regular schedule for high-load systems.
