Factory 1.5" union for Aqua Ultraviolet filter plumbing, configured threaded × slip. Ideal for replacing worn or damaged unions on Ultima-series filters and other Aqua UV filter manifolds, restoring a leak-free, serviceable connection.

Installation Notes

1. Shut off pump and relieve pressure.

2. Clean and dry mating faces; place the new O-ring in the groove.

3. Solvent-weld the slip side to 1.5" PVC (allow full cure).

4. Apply PTFE tape to the threaded side if connecting to NPT; hand-tighten, then snug—do not overtighten.

5. Pressurize and leak-test before returning to service.
