Factory replacement quartz sleeve for the Aqua Ultraviolet SL 100 UV sterilizer. The sleeve isolates the lamp from water while maximizing UV-C transmission. Includes the correct end bushing and a new rubber seal for a clean, drip-tight rebuild.

Replacement & Care Notes

Power OFF and let the unit cool; isolate plumbing and relieve pressure.

Remove end cap and lamp; carefully withdraw the old sleeve.

Clean seating surfaces; lightly lubricate the new seal with silicone-safe lube.

Install sleeve and bushing squarely; reassemble hand-tight—do not overtighten.

Restore flow and leak-test. Replace the UV lamp every 9–12 months and inspect the sleeve at each change.
