Installation Notes

1. Shut off the pump and relieve system pressure.

2. Separate the union, remove the old O-ring, and clean sealing faces/groove.

3. Lightly lube the new O-ring with silicone-safe lubricant; seat it evenly.

4. Hand-tighten the union—then snug; do not overtighten.

5. Pressurize and leak-test before returning to service.
