Factory lamp kit for the Aqua Ultraviolet VIPER 400W UV sterilizer with 2" stainless steel housing. Restores peak germicidal performance for large, high-flow systems using a single high-output, low-pressure (amalgam) UV-C lamp.

Installation & Safety Notes

Disconnect power and allow the unit to cool fully.

Isolate and depressurize plumbing; drain the chamber.

Open end assembly; remove old lamp and seals (avoid touching new lamp glass).

Inspect/clean the quartz sleeve; replace if etched, cloudy, or cracked.

Lightly lube new O-rings with silicone-safe grease; seat squarely.
-
Reassemble hand-tight, then snug—do not overtighten.

Restore flow, power ON, verify strike, and check for leaks after first run.
