OEM replacement valve cover O-ring for Aqua Ultraviolet Ultima II filters equipped with the 1.5" multi-port valve. Restores a drip-tight seal on the valve lid to stop leaks and prevent air draw.

Installation Notes

1. Shut off pump and relieve system pressure; set valve to Closed.

2. Remove the valve cover; pull the old O-ring and clean the groove and mating face.

3. Lightly coat the new O-ring with silicone-safe lubricant—avoid petroleum products.

4. Seat evenly, reinstall the cover hand-tight, then snug—do not overtighten.

5. Pressurize and leak-test; recheck after the first backwash cycle.
