Aqua Ultraviolet – SL 100 Watt UV Sterilizer

Overview

High-output UV-C sterilizer built for large, high-flow systems. The SL 100 uses a single 100-watt low-pressure UV-C lamp in a streamlined, service-friendly housing—ideal for big ponds, aquaculture, and serious aquarium life-support where dependable water clarity and pathogen reduction are a must.

Key Features

  • High-capacity SL body designed for sustained, high-GPH operation

  • Single 100W low-pressure UV-C lamp for powerful germicidal dose

  • Clears green water; reduces free-floating algae, bacteria, and protozoa

  • Weather-resistant, non-submersible housing for indoor or protected outdoor installs

  • Clear end-cap window to confirm lamp-on status at a glance

  • Service-friendly layout for quick lamp and sleeve changes

Sizing & Dose Guidance

  • Suitable for large ponds, aquaculture raceways, and big display systems

  • Dial your pump/valves to meet target UV doses (common end-of-lamp-life targets):

    • ~30,000 µW·s/cm² for clarification

    • ~45,000–60,000 µW·s/cm² for general sterilization

    • ~75,000–90,000 µW·s/cm² for tighter pathogen control

Use a flow meter or calibrated pump curve to match dose; reduce flow for higher dose.
