Installation Notes

1. Shut off pump and relieve pressure.

2. Separate the union; remove the old O-ring and clean groove and sealing faces.

3. Lightly coat the new O-ring with silicone-safe lubricant (no petroleum).

4. Seat evenly in the groove; hand-tighten the union, then snug—do not overtighten.

5. Pressurize and leak-test.
