Aqua Ultraviolet – Replacement Rubber Seal for Quartz Sleeve

Overview

OEM rubber seal/O-ring that seats around the quartz sleeve to create a drip-tight barrier between the sleeve and end-cap. Replaces flattened, cracked, or missing seals to stop leaks and air draw.

Install & Care Notes

1. Power off and relieve pressure.

2. Remove cap and sleeve; clean groove and sealing face.

3. Lightly coat the new seal with silicone-safe lube; seat evenly.

4. Reinstall sleeve and cap hand-tight, then snug—do not overtighten.

5. Pressurize and leak-test; recheck after the first run cycle.
